Are you an employer who has been significantly impacted by the current labour market shortages?

EmployerOne wants to hear from you!

Knowing and understanding the skills shortages and needs of employers in Grey, Bruce, Huron and Perth counties allows the Four County Labour Market Planning Board to develop and promote strategies to help local business owners meet the challenges of the changing economy.

The anonymous 21-question EmployerOne survey takes just five minutes to complete.

Input from local employers across the region is crucial to understanding the needs of businesses in Grey, Bruce, Huron and Perth counties. Data from the survey will be used by local organizations to secure funding, implement strategies and determine the focus of projects as the local region continues to navigate unprecedented labour shortages.

With this information, the Four County Labour Market Planning Board and partners can better support a strong and resilient local workforce.

The more the board knows, the better it will be prepared to work with employers and take action in support of local businesses. Local employers are asked to take time to complete the survey and share amongst their colleagues. The survey can be found online here.

Previous EmployerOne reports can be found on the Planning Board’s website. Those with questions are asked to contact (519)-881-2725 or toll free 1-888-774-1468.
