Blues win game 3 with shut-out, now playing for a sweep

Blues head to Brantford tonight for the fourth of a seven-game series with three wins under their belts

In front of more than 1,000 fans at the Eddie Bush Memorial Arena, Blues goaltender Noah Pak turned aside all 24 shots he faced, earning the shut-out in a 4-0 win.

Collingwood now leads the best-of-seven opening round series three games to none, with a chance to sweep tonight (March 14) in Brantford.

Jack Rimmer opened the scoring at 16:36 of the first period. There was no scoring in the second period.

The game proved to be a real test of the Blues’ disciplined play. During the game, the Blues had two goals called back. They responded in the third period with three goals: one from Captain Dylan Hudon on the powerplay, and one each from Calum Chau and Sam Barrett.

Proud fans cheered on the three stars of the game: Dylan Hudon, Noah Pak and Calum Chau.
