The Collingwood Blues turned in a dominant performance during their home opener Friday night at the Eddie Bush Memorial Arena.
The local Junior A team defeated the Mississauga Chargers 9-3 in front of hundreds of fans.
The win leaves the Blues with a 2-0 record on the season, as the team beat the Brantford 99ers 4-2 the night before.
The Blues will travel to Toronto on Sunday to take on the St. Michael’s Buzzers.
