The Municipality is warning the public that swimming is currently not permitted at the Lake Eugenia Public Beach.
In a brief news release, the municipality said a suspected algae bloom has been spotted in the lake. Test results have not yet been confirmed, but the bloom is visible.
As a result swimming is not permitted until further notice.
