GREY HIGHLANDS - On Jan. 6, 2022 at approximately 2:30 a.m., Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a break and enter in progress at a residence located in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
Police arrived on scene and located the suspect a short distance away.
The Grey Bruce OPP have arrested and charged Samantha Plouffe-Vachon, 31 years old from Mono Township, with the following offences:
- Break and enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence
- Personation with intent to avoid arrest, prosecution, or obstruct justice
- Possession Break-in instruments.
The accused was release and is scheduled to attend court on Feb. 17, 2022, at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound.
