SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA - On July 10, 2021 at approximately 10 a.m., Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) came across a vehicle that was stationary on the shoulder of Highway 6 in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.
A traffic stop was conducted, and during the course of the investigation a driver was arrested. The driver was transported to the Grey Bruce OPP detachment, where further tests were administered.
Grey Bruce OPP have charged Julian Mutch, 34 years of age from Wasaga Beach, with the following offences:
• Operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol and drugs, and
• Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused must attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on Aug. 19, 2021.
