Traffic stop leads to arrests for yesterday's domestic incident in Wasaga Beach

Two people were arrested today in connection with a disturbance possibly involving a firearm yesterday.

WASAGA BEACH - Two suspects have been taken in to custody following reports of a disturbance possibly involving a firearm.

On March 22, 2019 at approximately 7 p.m., Huronia West officers of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on River Road East in the town of Wasaga Beach. Investigation revealed that two occupants in the vehicle were involved in a disturbance reported earlier that night.

Police further discovered that the two parties were wanted in relation to bench warrants issued for failing to attend court. The two parties were arrested and remanded in to custody.

Randalyn Larmand-Courriere (age 31) of Midland was arrested and charged with;

  • Adult - possession of schedule 1 substance - cocaine
  • Personation with intent to avoid arrest

Randalyn was held in custody for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Barrie on March 22nd 2019. Her first appearance has been scheduled for May 7, 2019 at the Collingwood Courthouse.

Graham Klein (age 36) of Midland was arrested and held in custody for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Barrie on March 22, 2019.

There was no firearm seized in relation to this incident.
