Police want to know who smashed a window, stole cash from tailor shop

Officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a break and enter incident in Collingwood and are asking for the public's assistance in solving this crime.

The break and enter took place sometime overnight from April 8 to 92019 at Imperial Expert Alterations & Tailoring located at 143 Hume Street in Collingwood. Entry was gained by smashing a window where the suspect made off with a small amount of cash. Investigation is continuing including the review of video surveillance in the area.
