Collingwood Ontario Provincial Police released a security image from a local gas station in the hopes of finding a gas-and-dash suspect.
According to police, the person in the photo filled up at a Collingwood gas station and then drove away without paying on the evening of April 21.
"It appears that the suspect took time to cover his licence plate before attending the gas station," notes a police statement on the incident.
Police ask anyone with information to call OPP at 1-705-445-4321. Anonymous tips can be provided to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or ontariocrimestoppers.ca.
