UPDATE: Tanner James was located early this morning, report OPP

Collingwood OPP are asking for help from the public to find a young person reported missing from Collingwood.
Tanner James was reported missing to OPP. He was last seen August 12 at 5 p.m. at the Collingwood skateboard park.
Tanner is 5'3" with a slim build (115 pounds), with blue eyes and shaggy brown hair. Tanner was wearing white shorts and white shoes and is possibly riding a stand-up scooter.
