Police report the man was found “safe and sound” this evening by a member of the public in the west end of Collingwood.

Local OPP along with a canine unit and Emergency Response Team are searching for a 79-year-old man who went missing from his home in The Blue Mountains last night.
Collingwood and The Blue Mountains OPP are asking for public assistance in their search. The senior man was last seen at his home on Grey Road 19 on June 1.
According to police, the man left his home on foot and family are concerned for his well-being. He is 5’9” and 170 pounds with salt-and-pepper hair and a moustache.
