On May 4, 2022, at 3:56 a.m., the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision on Highway 10 in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
Police spoke to the driver and determined that they had been consuming alcohol. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to a local OPP detachment where further testing was administered. There were no injuries reported.
The Grey Bruce OPP have charged Dylan Cann, 30 years-of-age from the Township of Meaford with the following offences:
- Operation while impaired
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused was released and will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound at a later date.
