WASAGA BEACH — Members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Central Region Technical Collision Investigators are currently on scene investigating a single-vehicle collision on County Road 7 in Clearview Township.
On June 13, 2022, at approximately 9:15 a.m., Huronia West OPP and emergency services responded to a serious single-vehicle rollover involving a pickup truck travelling northbound on County Road 7 north of Morgan Road.
The driver of the vehicle was transported by air Ornge to a Toronto area trauma centre with life-threatening injuries. The passenger of the vehicle did not report any injuries and ambulance was refused.
County Road 7 will be closed for several hours as OPP Technical Collision investigators and reconstructionists complete their investigation.
The Ministry of Labour has been contacted regarding this investigation and will be attending the scene.
