A collision Thursday in Meaford has resulted in charges against two people.
Grey Bruce OPP responded shortly after 5 a.m. to the report of a vehicle in a ditch on Sideroad 25.
The driver, a 39-year-old from Meaford, has been charged with impaired operation, driving without a licence and driving with liquor readily available.
The passenger, also a 39-year-old from Meaford, was charged with personation with intent to avoid arrest.
Both were released and will appear in an Owen Sound court at a later date.
