A Hanover man is facing impaired driving-related charges after a vehicle went into a ditch Wednesday in Grey Highlands.
Grey Bruce OPP responded to the scene on Road 57B and determined the driver was impaired, police said in a news release.
The 39-year-old man has been charged with operation while impaired (alcohol), operation while impaired (blood-alcohol concentration 80-plus), and four counts of failure to comply with a release order other than to attend court. He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
