The South Simcoe Police Service has arrested and charged a Collingwood man following an armed home invasion robbery in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury.

On Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2022, at approximately 12:50 p.m., police were called to a rural property in Bradford for a report of an armed home invasion robbery. The suspects stole cash and guns and fled the scene in a vehicle. There were no physical injuries. Police subsequently executed a number of search warrants and recovered the stolen property.

As a result of the investigation, 34-year-old Kyle Main of Collingwood has been charged with over 20 offences including robbery, forcible confinement and weapons-related offences. Warrants have been issued for two additional suspects. In September, police previously announced a Hamilton man was arrested and charged in the incident. The investigation remains ongoing at this time.

Anyone with information relating to this investigation is encouraged to contact Det.-Const. Strilec at 905-775-3311, ext. 1059, or [email protected] or Crime Stoppers.
