CLEARVIEW, TWP - On March 16, 2018 members of the Huronia West OPP responded to a serious single motor vehicle collision on County Road 42 just north of County Road 9.
The collision occurred around 18:30 hrs.
County Road 42 in Clearview Township is commonly referred to as "airport road". It is a heavily traveled route from the GTA to the Georgian Triangle Area.
An occupant of the involved motor vehicle was transported by air ambulance to Toronto hospital with life threatening injuries.
County Road 42 is expected to remain closed for several hours as police investigate. Updates throughout the night will be made available via the OPP Twitter account: @OPP_COMM_CR
