Simcoe County Student Transportation Consortium has announced this morning that all school buses and vans in the Central, North and West Weather Zones have been cancelled due to current road and visibility conditions and the forecast for snow squalls and blowing snow to continue throughout the day.
That includes Collingwood, Stayner, and Wasaga Beach Schools (west zone). Buses are also cancelled in Barrie, Innisfil and Angus (central zone) and Elmvale, Midland, Penetanguishene and Orillia (north zone).
Schools remain open for student learning.
