Four parties put forward candidates in Simcoe-Grey, NDP and Green nominees still pending

Conservative, Liberal, PPC, and CHP have local candidates ready to run in federal election

Federal candidates for Simcoe-Grey are trickling in with the latest announced last night. 

So far, there are candidates for the Conservatives, Liberals, People's Party, and Christian Heritage Party in the local riding. 

Current MP Terry Dowdall is running for re-election for the Conservative Party of Canada. Dowdall was first elected in 2019. 

The Liberal Party of Canada announced its candidate for Simcoe-Grey, Bren Munro last night. She was acclaimed as the local nominee.

The People's Party of Canada announced Adam Minatel as the Simcoe-Grey candidate last week.

The Christian Heritage Party has put forward Ken Stouffer as their candidate. 

The NDPs and Green Party haven't announced candidates for Simcoe-Grey, but both parties report a selection process is underway. 

Voting day is Sept. 20, 2021.
