The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise residents that the Grey Bruce Health Unit has partnered with the Town to open a well water sample drop-off location in Ravenna beginning October 13, 2023.
Samples will be picked up weekly from Ravenna Hall at 10:00 a.m. each Friday. Samples must be dropped off within 24 hours of the pick-up time. Sample bottles are available for pick-up at Ravenna Hall.
Water testing is free and part of a complimentary program offered by Public Health Ontario for residents on wells and other private systems. For more information regarding private drinking water testing, please visit the Public Health Grey Bruce website.
If you are connected to the Municipal Drinking Water supply and would like to have your drinking water tested, please contact the Water & Wastewater Division, (519) 599-3131 x 284 to arrange to have a sample collected.
