Civic Address Fee update for Building Permit Applications
Please be advised that effective immediately, the fee for Civic Addressing (which includes number assignment, required notifications, approved green blade signs, posts, fasteners and installation services) will be $270.00 (HST included) per building permit application.
This fee is assessed and collected with other permit fees and charges prior to building permit issuance. This new fee was approved by Council when the 2023 Fees & Charge By-law was passed.
The fee for replacement green blade signs has also changed to $105.00 (HST included).
