The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public that a contractor is currently completing a comprehensive Leak Detection Review to identify leaks throughout the Town's water distribution system.
Residents are advised that there may be temporary lane restrictions while the work is being completed. No significant impact to traffic is anticipated.
The Leak Detection Review is used to identify any leaks and defects in the municipal water system including transmission, distribution and service pipelines. This data is then used to assist the Water Department in fixing watermain and service leaks to eliminate water loss.
