TBM needs volunteers for accountability committee

New accountability and transparency committee needs two volunteers form the public

The Town of The Blue Mountains continues to accept applications from the public for the new accountability and transparency committee.

The town announced this week that the deadline for applications has been extended to Jan. 19, 2024.

The committee appointment runs concurrent with the term of council from  2022-2026.

The accountability and transparency committee consists of five members, three council members, who have been appointed and two members of the public.
Applicants are encouraged to complete the application form here and include a resume, cover letter or any other background information and any special qualifications or interest related to this committee.   

Applicants are required to be qualified electors within the Town of The Blue Mountains
All applications should be submitted no later than Friday, January 19, 2024, at 1:00 pm to:
