The Town of The Blue Mountains has let local residents know about additional public skating dates at the Beaver Valley Community Centre during the holiday season.
The following dates and times have been scheduled for holiday public skates:
- Tuesday, Dec. 27 – 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. – Cost $3 per adult.
- Wednesday, Dec.28 – 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. – Cost $3 per adult.
- Thursday, Dec. 29 – 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. - Cost $3 per adult.
- Friday, Dec. 30 – 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. – Free Skate sponsored by Scot Brown
- Saturday, Dec. 31 – 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. – Free Skate sponsored by PLAY/Bruce Power
- Tuesday, Jan. 3 – 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. - Cost $3 per adult.
- Wednesday, Jan. 4 – 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. - Cost $3 per adult.
- Thursday, Jan. 5 – 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. - Cost $3 per adult.
- Saturday, Jan. 7 – 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. - Cost $3 per adult.
- Sunday, Jan. 8 – 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. - Cost $3 per adult.
These holiday dates are in addition to the regularly scheduled adult skating every Monday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., every Thursday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and the parent & tots skates on Tuesdays from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. More information, including a complete schedule, is available on the public skating webpage.
The Beaver Valley Community Centre will be closed on Dec. 25, 2022, Dec. 26, 2022, and Jan. 1, 2023.
