The Blue Mountains Attainable Housing Corporation (BMAHC) has extended the deadline for potential project design/builders to submit an RFP.

BMAHC has announced the deadline has been moved to Nov. 1, 2022. The original deadline for RFP submissions was Sept. 2, 2022.

“The deadline for submissions has been extended from Sept. 2, 2022 to Nov. 1, 2022 following requests from proponents, with the announcement of the selection of the preferred proponent scheduled the week of Nov. 28, 2022,” BMAHC Executive Director Jennifer Bisley said in a report to the corporation’s board of directors, which was delivered at the board’s meeting on September 1.

The RFP process is by invitation. BMAHC previously conducted a pre-qualification process and four companies have been invited to respond. They are: Buttcon Limited, Matheson Constructors Limited, Percon Construction Inc. and R-Hauz Housing Solutions.
