The new council for the Town of The Blue Mountains will be sworn in on November 21.
The inaugural meeting of the next council is being held that day at 11 a.m. at town hall in Thornbury. Members of the public are welcome to attend and the meeting will be streamed online at the town’s website.
The new council is:
- Mayor: Andrea Matrosovs
- Deputy Mayor: Peter Bordignon (Acclaimed)
- Councillor: Gail Ardiel
- Councillor: Paula Hope
- Councillor: Alex Maxwell
- Councillor: Shawn McKinlay
- Councillor: June Porter
