The Municipality of Grey Highlands has announced the launch of its strategic plan survey and is asking the public to “plan with us.”

The strategic plan is essential for gauging public priorities and shaping the community's future for the next four years and beyond. The municipality is asking the community to participate in the survey and have their say in the development and growth of Grey Highlands.

The survey is a tool that allows council to better understand the needs and desires of the community. By participating in the survey, members of the Grey Highlands community can voice their opinions on various aspects, including infrastructure, public services, economic development and environmental sustainability. This feedback will guide council in setting goals, allocating resources, and establishing priorities for the years to come.

"The strategic plan survey is a crucial step toward creating a prosperous and vibrant future for Grey Highlands," said Paul McQueen, mayor of Grey Highlands. "We encourage all community members to participate in this important process and help us shape our Grey Highlands.”

The survey is available online and in print, ensuring easy access for all. To participate in the online survey, visit this website. Printed copies can be picked up at the municipal office and returned to the same location once completed.

Members of the community have until May 15 to complete the survey. Upon closing, the data from this survey will be presented to council and committee of the whole meetings will be scheduled to discuss the data and develop priorities. The resulting plan will provide a roadmap for council's decision-making processes, ensuring that Grey Highlands continues to grow and thrive in alignment with the community's goals.
