Collingwood has a long and proud history of manufacturing, and Goodall is a big part of that.

Goodall, renowned for its high-quality hose manufacturing, has been a cornerstone of the Collingwood community for over 55 years,” explained Jeff Carrey, Goodall Plant Manager. “We have new leadership, new branding, and a laser-focus on growth. Because of this, we are looking for several new team members in production and maintenance capacities for our plant right here in Collingwood.”

Carrey went on to explain that because of current and anticipated growth in sales, additional shifts are being implemented at the plant. “The future is very bright here at Goodall and we are really excited about what it holds for us,” he said. “We are looking for team players who want to continue that tradition and commitment to exceptional quality and continuous improvement that Goodall has always stood for.”

Being part of the Goodall team has many perks, among them competitive wages, benefits, and matching RRSP contributions. “As well, we focus on the three 'C's' of Communication, Collaboration, and Celebration to establish a culture that results in a high-performing and dedicated workforce,” added Carrey. “We are committed to the well-being and professional and personal development of our team members through health and wellness programs as well as extensive training and advancement opportunities.”

Goodall believes in helping the community, and does so through annual giving to My Friend’s House in Collingwood. “We also have an Environmental Stewardship Committee. We are continuously looking for new ways to reduce waste, increase our diversion to recycling facilities, and reduce our consumption of natural resources,” enthused Carrey.

Goodall was recently recognized by the volunteer group ‘Keep Collingwood Clean’ as the ‘Best Litter Free Manufacturer and Breakthrough in Diverting Waste to New Recycling Pathways.’
