Police are looking for a man who was caught on camera peering through windows at a Collingwood residence July 12.

Collingwood and The Blue Mountains OPP said the man was shown on a surveillance camera looking through windows at a home on Dawson Drive at about 11 p.m.

“The male then lingers around looking through a few windows of the residence for some time and eventually leaves the area,” police said in a news release.

The suspect is described as being 40 to 50 years old, with a heavier build, a goatee and short, dark hair. He was wearing a light-coloured, long-sleeve shirt, a baseball cap and dark pants.
