Police investigating deaths of three at Sudbury home as murder-suicide

Police say the deaths of a father, mother and son in Sudbury, Ont., are being investigated as a murder-suicide.

Greater Sudbury Police say officers were called to a home in the community of Coniston at 6:20 p.m. on Sunday for an unknown issue.

They say the bodies of three people were found at the home.

Police have identified them as a 46-year-old man, a 43-year-old woman and a 17-year-old boy.

The force has not provided further details on what happened but calls it an "extremely tragic situation."

Anyone with information on the case is asked to call police.
