Died peacefully with his loving family by his side at Campbell House Hospice, Collingwood on Sunday, November 28, 2021 in his 89th year. Ronald “Ronnie” Wishart of Wasaga Beach, beloved husband of Helen (nee McGinney) and the late Rita. Loving father of Susan Wishart-Irvine (the late Dale Irvine), Scott Wishart (Marie Wishart), Jennifer Colacrai (Tom Platt), Michelle Colacrai (Michael Murphy) and Brian Colacrai. Cherished grandfather of Dalene Hugel, Ginger Irvine, Adrienne Wishart, David Church, Kayia Colacrai-Platt and great-grandfather of Erin Hugel and McKenna Hugel. Ronnie will be lovingly remembered by his extended family and many friends here and abroad.
At Ronnie’s request, cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to join the family at the Clubhouse at Hometown, 2263 Klondike Park Road, Wasaga Beach on Saturday, December 4, 2021 for a come and go celebration of life from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ronnie’s memory may be made to the Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation for Campbell House Hospice or the Canadian Cancer Society.
