WILLIAMS, Sarah Louise

Sarah Louise Williams, born April 29, 1984 in Calgary, Alberta and raised in Collingwood, Ontario.

It is with much sadness that we share that Sarah left us unexpectedly on Aug. 17, leaving behind both parents, her mother, Velma MacKay, step father Ron Reddick, father-Bill, Williams, step mother Kim and step siblings, Aaron Reddick, Jami, Jason, Sarah (Roberts Williams) and their families.

She will be fondly missed by her Uncle Wally MacKay (Lynda), Aunt Willa Pettigrew (Frank) and their families, her cousins.

Sarah graduated from Collingwood Collegiate Institute, attended York University and finally followed her greatest passion, theatre, by graduating with honors from the Toronto Film School.

Sarah loved life and all the people in hers. She enjoyed the great outdoors, skiing, snowboarding and her favourite sport- swimming. Sarah had a gift of sharing and spreading joy to everyone she touched. She loved teaching others yoga, enjoyed learning Reiki and would travel whenever the opportunity arose.

Her vivacious laughter, her whimsical ways, her creative individuality will all be memories that everyone who knew Sarah will remember. Sarah’s’ family would like to acknowledge the peace and happiness that her friends Steve Myke and Marriann (Missy) Monahan shared with her during the last months of her shortened life.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday September 2, 2022, from 2:00 to 4:00 at The Alpine Ski Club, 17-242 Arrowhead Rd. Town of the Blue Mountains, L9Y 1S0, formalities will happen at 2:30
