It is with heavy hearts the family announce Betty’s sudden passing at the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at the age of 93.
Betty, of Collingwood is survived by her children Richard (Vicki), David (Helen), James (Susy), her step-daughter Carol (Jeff) and her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her beloved husband Jim Wallwork, her sister Marg and her brother Bob; Betty will be fondly remembered by her sister Jean, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Friends are invited to join the family at the Chatterson Funeral Home, 404 Hurontario Street, Collingwood for visitation on Monday, January 8, 2024 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Betty to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family.
