It is with great sadness to announce Jean has entered heaven December 8, 2023 to join her mom Bessie, dad William, sister Pamela and baby girl Ingrid. Jean left a ray of sunshine with anyone she was in contact with every day. She was born in Lahore, Pakistan September 24, 1940 and Immigrated to Canada by herself in October 1966.
Jean is grieved by her loving husband of 54+ years Joe,and by son Paul with Alicky, daughter Colette with Kelvin and daughter Rachael with Paul. Also sorely missed by grandchildren Hayley, Kyle, Chelsea, Bronte, Liam, Morris, Ethan and Ian with Anna and grand babygirl Isabella, and Jean's brother Lionel Mascrenhas and his family. Missed by her extended family here in Canada, The Netherlands, Australia Pakistan and India and so many friends.
Jean's highlight of a day was to attend Mass when she could and therefore we like to invite you to celebrate with her Holy Mass on Thursday December 14, 10.30 AM at St Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 63 Elgin Street, Collingwood. A light lunch will be served in the church hall after Mass.
