STIRCHUN-DRYDEN, Elaine 'Ellie'

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of Elaine “Ellie” Stirchun-Dryden on March 31, 2023. To family and friends, Ellie was known as a devoted mother to her beloved son the late Mark Dryden (2019) and wife of the late Paul Dryden (2022). Ellie loved to garden and share her knowledge with others. She was never too busy to listen, and spent time with anyone in need, she genuinely cared for all people no matter who you were. Many will remember the letters she wrote and the stories she told, she will be deeply missed by her family and many friends. As per her wishes no formal services will be held, her ashes will be interred in Belfountain. In lieu of flowers donations to the Georgian Triangle Humane Society or Canadian Diabetes Association may be made in Ellie’s memory.
