Beth passed away peacefully with her two sisters by her side at her home in Stayner, Ontario, on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at the age of 58.
Beth was born in Barrie, Ontario on November 12, 1964; she was the youngest daughter of the late Lillian Shoemaker and Paul Shoemaker.
A resident of Barrie for most of her life, she attended Eastview Secondary School and Georgian College. Her love and passion for children led her to post-secondary studies in early childhood education. A shy, witty, and passionate woman; Beth was known for her strong Christian faith, fierce love for family, and adoration for animals. She enjoyed people watching, conversing with friends and family on topics of anything and everything, being a movie buff, and swearing by the superiority of cable television over any other media.
Beth leaves behind her father Paul Shoemaker (Caroline Paul), her sisters Wendy Koeslag (Albert) and Patti Trzebinski (Richard), along with her two nieces, Ashlee Collins, Natasha Trzebinski (Jean-Sebastien), nephew Nicholas Trzebinski, and great nephew Aleksey.
