Died suddenly at the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital on Monday, January 8, 2024 at the age of 90. Ruby, of Stayner, was predeceased by her beloved husband William “Bill” in 2002. Loving mother of William “Bill” (Sarah) Pilkey, Catherine “Cathy” (Larry) Rawn and Wanda Pilkey. Cherished grandma of Christopher (Ashley), Norman, Benjamin and Adam. Ruby will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
Friends are invited to join the family at the First Baptist Church, 205 Oak Street, Stayner for visitation on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 12 noon for the service at 1 o’clock. A reception will follow in the church hall. Interment Stayner Union Cemetery in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ruby to Diabetes Canada or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
