Perigo, William Oscar “Bill” passed away peacefully on Monday March 18, 2024, at Hillcrest Village Care Centre in Midland.
Bill was predeceased by his beloved wife Margaret “Peggy” Perigo (nee Miller) (2010). He was the proud and loving father of Ray (Stacey), Brian (Joanne), Gary (Saunya), Rob (Crystal) and the late Ellen. Cherished grandfather of Parker (Jaylin), Abbie (Brayden), Morgan (Alec), Jessica (Will), Tyler, Brianna, Hunter (Vanessa), Avery, Alexandra, and Quinn (Sinead).
Bill worked in the shipyards for many years. He loved classic cars and was a member of the Nottawasaga Car Club. Always with a friendly smile, and witty remark Bill left an impression on everyone he met. Even though he is no longer with us, we remember how he lived his life fully with a great love for his family. He will never be forgotten.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Hillcrest Village for their care, kindness and compassion.
A service of remembrance will be held at Fawcett Funeral Home – Collingwood Chapel on Saturday March 23, 2024, at 2 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society. Friends may visit Bill's online Book of Memories at www.fawcettfuneralhomes.com
