Died peacefully on Saturday November 21, 2020 surrounded by her loving family at Campbell House Hospice, Collingwood at the age of 78. Kris of Wasaga Beach, beloved wife of Bob Patterson. Loving mother of Lisa (Derek Haigh) and Todd (Sue) Patterson. Cherished Nan of Ashley (George), Brandon (Cassie), Cullen (Cianna) and Camryn (Mark) and doting great Nan of Elliott. Dear sister of Wenche (the late John Tronstad) and Tove (Don Rose). Dear aunt of Eric, Tanya, Terry, Kenny and Peter. She will also be remembered by her canine companion Buddy. Kris is predeceased by her parents Siguard and Gerd Skarsten, in-laws John and Rebecca Patterson, sister-in-law Patricia Neilson and her niece Lizzie. Kris waged a valiant battle with MS for over 48 years. Throughout she maintained her dignity, her compassion and love. She cherished her family, especially the joy her grandchildren and her great grandson Elliott brought. She will be loving remembered. Private family arrangements.
