NEVILLE, Christopher James “Chris”

It is with heavy hearts the Neville family announce that Chris died at the General & Marine Hospital, Collingwood on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at the age of 75. Chris, of Collingwood, was the beloved husband of Helen (nee Sherritt) for 48 years. Loving father of Evan (Sarah) and Kiefer (Robyn). Cherished Pappy of Eli, Ollie and Nora. Dear brother of Shari (Andrew) and Cathy (Ernie). Lovingly remembered by his long-time childhood friend Mike, extended family and friends.

Chris was a devoted fan of baseball, and The Rolling Stones. He always knew what to say to make everyone laugh and loved playing everyone a song on his guitar; but most of all, he loved and was loved by his family and friends.

Cremation arrangements entrusted to Chatterson Funeral Home, 404 Hurontario Street, Collingwood. A Celebration honouring Chris' life will be held at Fellowship Baptist Church, 4436 Simcoe County Road 124, Collingwood on Saturday, April 20, 2024 beginning at 2 p.m. As a tribute to Chris, the family are encouraging those wishing to attend to wear their favourite ball cap and/or a shirt with their favourite sports team or band.
