It is with a heavy heart that I share with my brothers, family and friends the passing of our dear sweet mother Audrey "Bunny" McGann last evening at Campbell House - Hospice Georgian Triangle. She was surrounded with incredible love and family as she crossed over. Mom lived a life of courage, strength, dedication, and commitment to all of her family.
Mom was predeceased by her parents Beaulah and Bert Conn and her brother Tom Conn ( MVA 1966). A single parent mom of 5 boys!! In order of birth Dan, David, Chuck, Michael and Al (David passed away 48 hours after birth in 1959). We will never be able to express enough the depth of our love and respect for our mom who often went above and beyond for her boys. Believe me, it could not have been easy on her because we were a challenge to say the least! Mom will also be missed by our life partners Gina, Bonnie and Judy. Grandchildren include Jessica, Jake, Devon, Dakota, Tammy, Josh, Kaila Michelle, Megan, 6 great grandchildren and expanding.
So much appreciation for the physicians and staff at the Campbell House - they were amazing, treated mom with so much respect and dignity till she left their doors. A Celebration of Bunny's life will take place in the spring at a date to be named later. As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Bunny may be made to CNIB.
