Passed away surrounded by the love of her family on Wednesday February 22, 2023, at Bethell House Hospice at the age of 92. Eileen will be remembered as the ever-proud and loving mother of Keith (Rosalee), Martin (Cheryll), Linda (Gord Llewellyn) and Kellyann Murphy. She was predeceased by her granddaughter Roseanne, and will be forever cherished by her grandchildren Patrick (Aniko), Conor (Emma), Bridgette, Michele, Michael (Paula), Siobhan (Jeff), Brenna and Ashleen (Rob) and great grandchildren Landon, Lexie, Charlotte and Georgia.

Born in Dublin, Ireland, to parents Jack and Eileen McCullagh, Eileen is survived by her sisters, Kay Keogh and Colette O’Rourke; predeceased by her brothers Kevin and Jack. She will be remembered lovingly, by her many nieces and nephews, both in Canada and abroad.

Eileen was known to light up any room she entered, with her effervescent smile, but above all else, she was a family person, with a deeply-committed Catholic Faith. Her greatest joy came from time with, love for, and pride in, every single family member. Eileen was a highly active church volunteer, from the time she was a little girl in Ireland, until disabilities in her 80's ended her service to her parish of St. Mary's in Collingwood. Eileen was an avid Bridge player, theatre-goer, passionate chocolate-lover, supporter of the underdog, a huge sports fan, and political "junkie"! She worked as an international award-winning Tupperware demonstrator, her children's school secretary, medical receptionist, movie background actress, runway, and catalogue model, finishing her career as a modeling teacher at Eleanor Fulcher Modelling School in Toronto.

Eileen was simply a JOY, to all those she met on her path of life, and will be greatly missed.
