David McAllister passed away peacefully at Campbell House on September 23, 2023, in Collingwood at the age of 80.
David is predeceased by his parents, Ellesmere and Mary (nee Deer) McAllister. He leaves behind his loving wife, best friend and soul mate Helen (nee MacPhee) and children Craig (Nicole) and Sheila and grandchildren Ashley (Josh), Eamon, Jordan and Lauren who were the pride and joy of his life. Brother of Ian and the late Sandra McAllister. He will be fondly remembered by his nephews and nieces. Bother in law to Louise and the late Donald MacPhee, the late Janet (nee MacPhee) Van Wyk and Jacqueline (nee MacPhee) and Hugh McReynolds. Lovingly remembered by family in Scotland. He will be sadly missed by the Vaughan Paving family. He was a proud husband, father, grandfather, and a loyal and devoted friend.

Visitation will be held at Fawcett Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 between 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm with the funeral being held Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 1:00pm at Fawcett Funeral Home.
