Passed away peacefully on Friday October 28, 0222 at Sunset Manor, Collingwood at the age of 94. Jenny of Wasaga Beach, beloved wife of the late John Jordan. Loving mother of Catherine Bradford, Christine Thorne, the late Walter Jordan and Lilyann Rourke. Cherished grandmother of Tasha, Jesse, Joseph, Jacob, Wade, Julie, Heather, Collin and Brittany and their families encompassing Jenny’s great and great great grandchildren. She is survived by her brother Patrick Coles and predeceased by her parents Pius and Maude (nee Lavers) and 11 siblings. Jenny will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews, friends, neighbours and fellow parishioners. Jenny was a kind and loving woman of great faith. She was a Catholic secondary school teacher for over 30 years in Peel Region. She volunteered her time to many charitable causes with the hope of creating a better life for others. Her selfless commitment to her family and her community with be forever remembered. Friends will be received by her family on Thursday November 3,2022 at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home, 509 River Road West, Wasaga Beach from 12:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St, Noel Chabanel Catholic Church, 133 Dunkerron Avenue, Wasaga Beach at 2 o’clock.
