Passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully at home on Monday November 6, 2023 at the age of 76 years. She was preceded in death by her mother Eileen “Betty” (nee Banfield) and her father James “Jim” Davidson and her brother John Davidson. Devoted wife of Tom for 37 years. Loving sister of Jim Davidson and his wife Sheila and sister-in law of Sue Davidson. Cherished aunt of Tracey and her husband Sal, James and his wife Cuennie, Neil and his partner Allison, Geoff and his wife Becca, Heather McConnell and her husband Kyle. Shirley was a Great Aunt of Cheyenne, Tianah, Kim, Sydney, Wesley and Oliver. She will also be remembered by her many relatives, her new found friends in Collingwood and the “New Family” and friends on Robbie Way.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Chatterson Funeral Home, Collingwood. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Shirley’s Life will be held in the spring.
