After a brief illness, Don passed away peacefully with his family at his side. Don will be lovingly remembered by his wife Gale, to whom he was married 56 years. Don will also be fondly remembered by his children Trevor and Shannon Barraclough (Jim), grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear brother to Ruth Miller and Harold Horner (Wendy), and brother-in-law to Bruce (Lynn) and Cliff (Judy). A good friend to many, Don was always ready to tell a joke or offer a helping hand. Don was predeceased by his daughter Shelley Seymour and brother-in law Stephen Miller. A Celebration of Don’s life will be held at Chatterson Funeral Home, 404 Hurontario Street, Collingwood on Saturday March 19, 2022 at 2p.m, with visitation one hour prior to the service. A private family interment will be held at All Saints Anglican Cemetery in the spring.
