Passed away peacefully on Sunday January 21, 2024, surrounded by the love of her family at Campbell House in her 84th year. Lou was predeceased by her husband Grant (2013). She will be remembered as the proud and loving mother of Rochelle and her husband Todd Christensen and treasured Nana of Riley and Renee. She showed unconditional love to all of them. Her name, a synonym for love and warmth, will forever resonate in their hearts.
Lou was born in Hamilton to parents Llewellyn and Ruby Jones; she was predeceased by her brothers Albert, Freddy and Kenny and sisters Muriel, Violet, and Ruthie. She will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. As per her wishes cremation has taken place. A service of remembrance will be held in the spring.
