It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Rita, with her family by her side.
Predeceased by her husband Graziano and son Vince, and now reunited. Loving Mother to Tina (Earl Warn), Gloria (Brian Esbaugh), the late Vince, Marylana (Andy Fitzhenry), and John. Proud and adoring Nonna to Alessa, Sierra, Jacob, Drew and Adam, and Great Grandmother to Faye. Predeceased by her parents, Vincenzo & Maddalena Boggia. Dear sister to Maria Cristina (Vincenzo), Bianca (Mario), Tony (Rita), Giovanna (the late Adamo), Sam (the late Dianne), Anna (the late Dominic), Gino (Debbie), and Angie (Joe). Will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held at Fawcett Funeral Homes, Collingwood Chapel, on Friday September 29th , from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held directly following the visitation, also at Fawcett Funeral Home, Collingwood Chapel , 82 Pine Street at 1:00 p.m. After the funeral service, Rita will be laid to rest at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Collingwood.
