Michelle Ana Fabian, 47, passed away August 16 2021, from complications of her rare autoimmune disease Transverse Myelitis.
A mother, a teacher, a friend. For all that knew the kindness of Michelle, she wanted you to find beauty in nature, love for family, and time for friends.
Michelle is survived by her beautiful daughter Sage and family.
