Died peacefully on Sunday July 16, 2023 at his home at the age of 69.
Larry of Wasaga Beach, beloved husband of Margaret (nee Haynes) for over 48 years. Dear brother of Douglas (the late Jean), Gerry (Patricia), David (Sally), the late Robert, Michael (Wendi) and John (Melinda) and dear brother-in-law of Robert (Katherine) Haynes and Debbie Coyne. Larry will also be missed by his numerous nieces and nephews, his neighbours and his many friends.
Larry had a long career in the newspaper industry as a printer. He managed the printing shop for the Toronto Sun for many years.
He and Margaret enjoyed travelling and loved their retirement home in Wasaga Beach. Larry was often seen on the local golf course and in the outdoors hunting and fishing. He will be deeply missed.
Friends will be received at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Wasaga Beach Chapel, 509 River Road West, Wasaga Beach on Thursday July 20, 2023 from 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday July 21, 2023 at 11 o’clock.
